From the West:

• Follow 490 East
  
• Exit 490 at the Route 441 exit.
  
• Turn left onto Route 441. Penfield Road is Route 441.
  
• Follow Penfield Road for approximately 3-5 miles. You will come to a major intersection of Penfield Road and Five Mile Line Road. Continue through the traffic light. The church is on the left, approximately 100 yards from the intersection. It is white and has a sign out front. Turn left into the driveway and continue to the back where the parking lot is located.

From the North or South:

• Follow 590 to 490 East
